| So that is what happened. Alex's car is totaled, but when we went to go get out belongings out of the car, the people that were holding it put his money, my notebook, and his psp in their office so it wouldn't get damaged. So the man didn't get anything.
The man shit his pants when the cops arrested him. And he is being charged with robbery, carjacking, and kidnapping me. We have the ATM video and pictures, the 911 call, and the pictures that the officer took for evidenced. So the fucker is going to prison, and I am trying to talk Alex into suing him for the damages to the car and the fees for the wrecking company to tow and hold the car. The cops did tell us that if this ever happens to us again and the attacker doesn't have a gun, stab the motherfucker. And I will from now own. In all we are both fine. A little inconvenienced, but fine. |

| I still had 911 on the phone and told them what was happening and that everyone was fine and not hurt. Then cops took Alex's, the man's, and my ID. They put the man and Alex in the back of separate cars, and I was taken with an officer to the ATM to ID the man's truck. The officer then searched the truck and found an open knife and a coke can used to inhale drugs. The officer had me walk him through what happened and he took pictures of the scene. We found Alex's shoe and sock near the buildings where he was pulled from the car. I was then taken to the police station where I gave my statement to a detective. Then Alex and I was allowed to see each other. The officers then apologized for roughing Alex up a little when pulling him from the car. We were then taken to my apartment by another officer.

| The 911 operator couldn't understand me from the yelling and screaming that was occurring. I then spotted another cop, and I rolled down the window and screamed for help. Louisville street ends at a 3 way stop, where you have to turn left or right on Greensboro street. Alex wouldn't let the man turn the wheel and we ran into the curb and hill. The cops then tried to block in the car, and yell for him to turn off the engine. I then tried to exit the car, but was still strapped in by my seatbelt. The man then put the car into reverse and hit the fire hydrant with my open door. The door was almost ripped off. He then went west bound on Greensboro. Alex then forced the car into the curb on left side of the street. The tires of the car had all flattened and the car couldn't go anymore. We came to a stop at a 3 way stop on Greensboro. I then jumped from the car and ran to the right side of the street. Then cops, about 5 or 6, then pulled Alex and the man from the car and put them on the ground and cuffed them. | |

| The man graped onto the driver's side door. Alex floored it and did a U turn back towards the shopping center. The man didn't fall off of the car, so Alex started to punch him in his face and head. The man just kept yelling "WOO WHOO!!" Alex stopped the car before we hit the buildings. I had then pulled out my knife and opened it and told the man "get out of the car nigger," even though he was a white male. The man then opened Alex's door and pulled him out by his feet and legs. I then pulled out my phone and dialed 911. As Alex and the man yells outside the car, a cop car came from around the the gas station and then flashed his lights. The man saw the cop and jumped into the car with me. Alex jumped in the car onto the man's lap and put him in a head lock with one arm and the other on the wheel. Then man then drove the car over the grass and curb onto Old HWY 25, through the intersection of HWY 12, and onto Louisville street. We then headed north bound on Louisville street at a high speed. | |

| So last night or early today, however you want to look at it, Alex and I were robbed, carjacked, and kidnapped. You are probably thinking, "yea right" or "What?!" Well here is the full story.
Alex and I got off of work around 1 AM. We went to my apartment to pick up my notebook and his psp. We then went to my ATM at BancorpSouth on University and Montgomery. After withdrawing some money, we headed to his ATM at Citizen's bank on HWY 12. We sat there and checked his balance and discussed how much money we would need to pull out. A white Dodge truck pulled into the shopping center area that the ATM was at and got in line behind us. At that time I got a sick feeling and told Alex that he was going to try to rob us and we needed to leave. Alex was too busy fiddling with the ATM to hear me. The man then reversed his truck and pull in along the passenger side and rear of the car sort of blocking us in. The man then exited his vehicle and tried to rip open my door. I locked the door before he could get it open. Alex then realized what was going on, and then tried to pull the money inside of the car and put it into drive. |
