| Another ponderous question concerning the letter O. Why is the infinity symbol a sideways 8? I mean wouldn't it make more sense for the symbol for infinity be an O? There are no breaks in the O and it just goes on forever as to where the 8 has a crisscross in the middle which can be perceived as a break in the flow of infinity. |
