It sounds like such a cool occupation, being a brewer. I don't know anyone into that at all. Got some friends who make their own cheap schnapps, but beer, no.

I guess visiting Denmark is a good place to start then I'd really like to go to Belgium and Netherlands myself.

Oh that's cool. Yeah Denmark is good. I live in the second biggest city and it's nice but I have considered moving to the capital just because of how much easier it will be to go to lots of gigs since lots of cool bands only visit Copenhagen. I feel pretty privileged living here really since studying is free. For many years I wished I lived in England but growing up here has been good and I can always move away someday. How do you like the US?

Haha of course! Connected to my university and driven by a student-organization there's a really great bar which is coincidentally also the bar in town that has the widest range of different beers available. It's great to come there and try new things.

Yeah it is really interesting. The thing about it is that it branches out into almost all other areas of humanities-studies so it's real easy to take it in whatever direction. I'm beginning to think it's more of a way to think about things than a field of knowledge as such. So the real world application problem is there but can be worked around easily. Sort of. But I guess people mostly go on to become teachers or journalist-types.
That sounds really cool though with the brewing! How did you get into that?
