Question: Why is this member's gallery locked?
Answer: When a member has their picture gallery locked, it is because there is evidence to suggest that the pictures in their photo gallery may be fake.
This can happen when we find profiles on other sites that have the same pictures but with different personal information, when other people claim the account is fake and provide photo evidence or when log files are checked which show that the person is running multiple accounts using pictures of different people (example: if one person creates three different profiles with pictures of three different people, we assume that some or all profiles must be fake).
It is always possible that a mistake has been made. In order to prove that they are not posting fake pictures, the member is asked to submit a profile verification. As soon as they provide verification, their gallery is unlocked and all of their pictures are restored.
