I saw on the news this morning that the money made from selling medical marijuana over there is in the billions. They also said that the government is very likely to eventually make it legal and make money from it. This makes me .

I hope medical marijuana gets legalized here soon. I never done any illegal drugs (including pot) but I have a tremor disorder that I hear medical marijuana mite help treat. It makes it very difficult for me to find a job. Some of the meds I've been on for it had side-effects that are much more severe than I hear medical marijuana has. I doubt many people have stroke symtoms with pot.

No, pot doesn't cause stroke-like symptoms. It has good chance helping your disorder.

Obama's too woried about health care rite now to even think about pot. I don't understand why I cant watch TV without seeing an add for anti-depressants, anti-psychotics, anti-anxiety, ADD & numerous sexual medications that require prescriptions. How many of those "medications" get abused? I bet quite a lot & I think it totally sux that some people can get free doctor visits & free prescriptions that they sell to high-school students but the gov doesn't want pot legal cuz it sends the wrong message to kids about drug abuse. WTF??

The fact that you'll pay slightly more for pot isn't that bad.
The process would become more streamlined and efficient, so that'd help take the burden off the consumer from cost.
Yes, it'd be taxed, but this is a small thing to ask for in return that people in foreign countries aren't enslaved and mistreated in order to keep criminal organizations in power.
The legalization of marijuana and other drugs is also the legitimization of them.
And that has far reaching ethical effects.
